It didn't take long for Ted Rall to weigh in with a predictably boneheaded comment on the beheading of Nicholas Berg. Rall quotes -- and mocks -- Bush Administration pronouncements on the Abu Ghraib scandal and the beheading of Berg. Rall then argues that if the beheading says anything about the true nature of the terrorists, then the Abu Ghraib scandal says something about the true nature of the American people.
