Remember Ruth Bader Ginsburg? Of course you do. The heroine, the pioneer, the voice of reason. The Notorious RBG. And, it would appear, a traitor to the cause of abortion. It is a typical leftist move. Things don’t go the way you want, find someone to blame. Along with the usual suspects such as Republicans, pro-lifers, Texans, you, me, Grand Moff Tarkin and the republic of Gilead, the Left is eating its own by claiming that the SCOTUS abortion decision would have been avoided had Ginsburg retired during the Obama years, allowing him to name her replacement. And they are...

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said on Sunday’s broadcast of ABC’s “This Week,” that Democratic lawmakers have “arrows in our quiver,” when asked if impeachment was a possibility to stop a lame-duck Supreme Court nomination should President Donald Trump lose the White House in November and the vacancy following the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has not been filled.

Just when you thought 2020 couldn't get any crazier, Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg suddenly departs this world for, hopefully, a better one. You have to respect that anyone strong, smart, and principled enough to serve on the Supreme Court. Supreme Court justices carry a heavy burden and do so for decades longer than presidents. The Notorious RBG, as she was called, was a saint to all Democrats and a heroine to women around the world. Her colleagues called her brilliant. Can't beat that. Still, many Americans, especially Catholics, had a problem with Justice Ginsburg's staunch support for abortion....

Why is a beermaker publicly delving into politics, you might ask? It seems like a bone-head move, to paraphrase Joe Biden, but here we are. Boston Beer Company, brewers of Sam Adams beer, are dedicating a new brew to liberal Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and are also supporting the ACLU at the same time. RUSH: Here’s what’s got ’em all scared, folks. Headline: Ruth “Buzzi” Ginsburg Admitted to Hospital After Fracturing Three Ribs in a Fall.” Leftists are actually calling the hospital offering their own ribs and their own organs if she needs them to keep going. I’m not kidding. BREAK TRANSCRIPT RUSH: All right, breaking news. Ruth “Buzzi” Ginsburg “admitted to the hospital after fracturing three ribs in a fall.” She was taken to George Washington Hospital this morning. “According to a court spokesman, Ginsburg has fractured three ribs in the fall. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Sunday said she hopes to remain on the high court for at least five more years, according to CNN. "My senior colleague, Justice John Paul Stevens, he stepped down when he was 90, so think I have about at least five more years," 85-year-old Ginsburg said at an event in New York City. Speculation over the future of the Supreme Court has mounted in recent weeks following President Trump's nomination of Brett Kavanaugh, who would replace retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy. Kavanaugh's confirmation would sway the balance of the co

"The President lawfully exercised that discretion based on his findings—following a worldwide, multi-agency review—that entry of the covered aliens would be detrimental to the national interest"- U.S. Supreme Court Liberals sued President Trump in what is now known as the Travel Ban case. The substance of the liberal allegations was that the underlying purpose of Trump's "Travel Ban" was Islamic animus - that the President’s stated concerns about vetting protocols and national security were, in fact, just a guise for discriminating against Muslims. At the heart of the liberal case were a series of statements made by Trump and some...
