Multimillionaire Robert Beale has a beef with the Minnesota Revenue Department. He wants the state to return his 30-room North Oaks house, two Audis and 41 guns, along with his wife's grandmother's silver tea set. The state's tax collector seized those assets last month for what it says is nonpayment of about $800,000 in capital gains taxes, penalties and interest.
