MANASSAS, Va. -- Nizar Hussain, a Woodbridge doctor accused of inappropriately touching his patients pleaded no contest Wednesday morning to one count of assault and battery. Prosecutors dropped all other charges against him. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail, with all jail time suspended on the condition of his good behavior and that he have no contact with any of his alleged victims. Hussain was arrested after several of his patients said he either inapproproately touched them or kissed them.
