(Council Bluffs) -- At least one fatality accident occurred in KMAland over the Memorial Day weekend. The Iowa State Patrol says 60-year-old Donald D. Marks of Missouri Valley was killed in a two-vehicle accident on northbound Interstate 29 near 25th Street in Council Bluffs late Monday afternoon. Authorities say Marks' 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup was struck by a 2014 Volvo semi driven by 26-year-old Nilufar Makhmudova of Maineville, Ohio.
