It's the middle of the night! (Or VERY early morning). Who's up at this time, and why?

Neuroscientists in the Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation looked at two groups of people: those who wake up early and feel most productive in the morning, and those who were identified as evening people, those who typically felt livelier at night. So last night the neighbor's dog is barking non-stop which it does any time they put it in the back yard and they are in the house.
