Nick Marsh, one of the lawyers who prosecuted the late Sen. Ted Stevens (R-Alaska) for corruption, took his own life over the weekend, his attorney confirmed to The Hill. NPR first reported Monday that Marsh committed suicide. Bob Luskin, Marsh's attorney, told The Hill on Monday that his former client committed suicide but said he did not know additional details. Assistant Attorney General Lanny A. Breuer of the Department of Justice's Criminal Division conveyed his "deepest sympathies" to Marsh's family and friends.
