One of President Trump's top evangelical allies is calling on Christians to accept that Joe Biden is more than likely to take office as president in January. Robert Jeffress, pastor of First Baptist Dallas, one of Texas's biggest megachurches, called Biden's apparent victory a "bitter pill to swallow" for Christians, but one that they must accept for the good of the country. At the same time, Jeffress on Wednesday said that he thinks a Biden administration will pose threats to religious liberty and anti-abortion interests, out-of-step with the former vice president's calls for "unity."
