<p>A gang of militant leftists were caught on video descending upon a Portland TV news reporter and videographer who dared to enter their "autonomous zone" — and they proceeded to bully, physically attack, and force out the news team.</p><p>Reporter Genevieve Reaume and videographer Ric Peavyhouse — both with KATU-TV News — on Tuesday walked past barricades set up around the foreclosed house on North Mississippi Avenue in an attempt to interview occupiers.</p>

A KGO-TV news crew was robbed at gunpoint of camera equipment while accompanied by a security guard in West Oakland in broad daylight, the latest in a spate of holdups in the city targeting the media, authorities said. The crew and security guard were on the 2700 block of Chestnut Street when they were robbed shortly after 2:30 p.m. Friday by three men, at least one of whom had a gun, police said. The robbers fled with camera equipment. None of the robbery victims was injured.

News Crew Attacked At Natomas Murder Scene SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Grieving family and friends attacked a reporter and photojournalist from a Sacramento news station Sunday as they covered the aftermath of a deadly shooting in north Natomas.
