Gabbard attacked Harris for having locked up thousands of people for mere marijuana possession and laughing about it when asked whether she had smoked pot herself. The congresswoman piled onto Harris, adding on a reference to her office’s shameful move to keep people locked up to preserve "cheap labor for the state of California." This is all true, and here are the receipts. But Gabbard didn’t stop there.

To say there is broad-based confusion is an understatement. The recent reporting by John Solomon of The Hill only makes the confusion worse. Let’s stand back and reconcile two issues (with evidence to support) that are MASSIVELY conflated. First, go read the full Solomon article. Notice the entire construct of the article surrounds “The Comey Memos“. As you will see, this specific topic is important. Within the Solomon article you will find (emphasis mine): […] Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz’s team referred Comey for possible prosecution under the classified information protection laws, but Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutors working for...

DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz is preparing a very damning report on James Comey’s conduct in the days leading up to his firing that will likely conclude he leaked classified information (memos) and lacked candor (lied). According to a report out by award-winning investigative journalist John Solomon, Horowitz’s team referred James Comey for possible prosecution for leaking contents of his classified memos, but DOJ prosecutors under Bill Barr have decided to decline prosecution. John Solomon does say however that Comey still isn’t out of the weeds yet and faces legal jeopardy in the ongoing investigation into FISA abuse and the...

The Trump campaign uncovered video Wednesday of Maryland Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings calling his district in Baltimore “drug-infested” in 1999. “This morning, I left my community of Baltimore, a drug-infested area, where a lot of the drugs we are talking about today have already taken the lives of so many children,” Cummings said during a 1999 congressional hearing. “The same children that I watched 14 or 15 years ago as they grew up now walking around like zombies.” “This is only 40 miles away from here,” he added.

Every single Democrat candidate who took the stage Wednesday night trended on Twitter taking the top nine spots, but wild card Tulsi Gabbard was left off the trending section despite winning the Drudge Report poll.

Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) claimed during Wednesday evening’s Democrat presidential debate that part of the reason President Donald Trump won Michigan in the 2016 election was due to Russia suppressing the votes of black Americans. “We lost the state of Michigan because everybody from Republicans to Russians were targeting the suppression of African American voters,” said Booker. “If the African American vote had been like it was four years earlier, we would have won Michigan.” A Senate Intelligence Committee report on Russian interference efforts states the panel’s own two-year investigation could not find evidence that any votes were changed by...

SEATTLE — In the days after the first crash of Boeing’s 737 Max, engineers at the Federal Aviation Administration came to a troubling realization: They didn’t fully understand the automated system that helped send the plane into a nose-dive, killing everyone on board. Engineers at the agency scoured their files for information about the system designed to help avoid stalls. They didn’t find much. Regulators had never independently assessed the risks of the dangerous software known as MCAS when they approved the plane in 2017. More than a dozen current and former employees at the F.A.A. and Boeing who spoke...

Will Arizona fall to gun control pressure? One of America’s most pro-gun states may be considering gun control. According to AWR Hawkins, Governor Doug Ducey is considering a red flag gun confiscation order. On August 15, 2018, the AZ Capitol reported that Ducey wants to make his STOP (Severe Threat Order of Protection) Orders the “crown jewel” of his gun control agenda.

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) - After a heated few days in the race for Kentucky attorney general, President Donald Trump is now weighing in to back the Republican candidate. "The Republican Party has a new STAR, his name is Daniel Cameron," Trump tweeted Monday afternoon. Cameron, who is the former attorney for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, won the Republican nomination with 55 percent of the vote. President Trump also tweeted that he supports Cameron's positions on crime, borders and gun rights when endorsing him. Cameron is in a heated battle with Democratic nominee Greg Stumbo, who is the state's former...

The cages for kids were built by the Obama Administration in 2014. He had the policy of child separation. I ended it even as I realized that more families would then come to the Border!

FULL TITLE: Another Democratic debate, another warning about ‘Republican talking points’ (e.g., paying for stuff) Andrew Yang actually had a pretty good line at Wednesday night’s debate when he noted that he was the opposite of Donald Trump: “an Asian man who likes math.” It was a good line because it brought math right out on the table, which isn’t a good sign for a stage full of Democrats who want the government to take over health care. Fortunately, they had Elizabeth Warren’s line from the previous night as their pass out of math class: All of this talk about...

The Justice Department’s chief watchdog is preparing a damning report on James Comey’s conduct in his final days as FBI director that likely will conclude he leaked classified information and showed a lack of candor after his own agency began looking into his feud with President Trump over the Russia probe. Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz’s team referred Comey for possible prosecution under the classified information protection laws, but Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutors working for Attorney General William Barr reportedly have decided to decline prosecution — a decision that’s likely to upset Comey's conservative critics. Prosecutors found the IG’s...

**SNIP** In a recent study in Nature Climate Change, Danielle Lawson, a postdoctoral student at NC State University, and her colleagues found that putting middle-school children in a class about climate change could influence their parent’s views on the subject. The effects were the strongest on conservative fathers—significant because conservative white men have been previously shown to have the lowest levels of climate concern. Lawson called this a case of "intergenerational learning," or the transfer of behavior and knowledge from children to parents. She thinks their study was successful partially because ideology and political identity have become so conflated with...
