Will Arizona fall to gun control pressure?
One of Americas most pro-gun states may be considering gun control.
According to AWR Hawkins, Governor Doug Ducey is considering a red flag gun confiscation order.
On August 15, 2018, the AZ Capitol reported that Ducey wants to make his STOP (Severe Threat Order of Protection) Orders the crown jewel of his gun control agenda.

Has Ducey become a RINO? Hugh Spewitt, are you listening?
Doug Douchey lives up to his name.
He will never do that.
Proof the GOP is racist, denying black people from defending themselves and their family for racist white GOP governors!
Ducey can’t be trusted. I believe he’s only 10% republican. The rest is RINO.
AZ has become politically the VA of the Southwest.
Not that it is apropos of anything but ... there is a lot of desert in AZ without a living human being for miles and miles.
Some pretty rugged wilderness mountains too. Not apropos of anything.
No chance in hell.
Is that like a red flag free speech ban, where someone is suspected of saying something bad and gets banned or at least gets their free speech rights revoked until they can prove innocence?
Ducey has always been a Bush League Republican.
UPDATE JULY 28, 2019, 2:30 p.m. ET:
Governor Duceys spokesman Patrick Ptak provided an additional quote citing NRA support for the measure as well.
Theres a reason why NRAs Arizona director has said this bill would protect the rights of law-abiding Arizonans, Ptak said in an emailed statement. It ensures due process, requiring one of the highest standards of evidence from a judge: Clear and Convincing Proof. STOP orders are temporary and require law enforcement to return firearms after expiration, and the bill imposes severe felony penalties for filing false petitions.
He kept driving and they were a little way past the scales when he pulled into a rest area and parked.
What are we stopping here for?
I need to get something. Mark unlocked a cabinet in the sleeper cab.
What are you looking for?
My Python.
Jonathans voice rose. Your what?
Mark held up a large revolver. My Python. He closed the cabinet door, unlocked another cabinet, and pulled out a box of ammo. He opened the cylinder, loaded six rounds from the box into the chambers, and closed the cylinder.
What do you need a gun for?
Insurance. In case we have to stop in the middle of nowhere, I dont want to get jacked. The desert is full of predators, my friend, some of them animals, some of them human. He was trying to sound like a movie character, but Jonathan couldnt tell which one.
Well, if you think you need it, why lock it up?
Its not legal for me to carry a firearm in California. He smiled and said, But this is Arizona, Johnny.
Jonathan was pretty sure that one was Jack Nicholson.
(From Collateral Crimes)
ONLY a court order, with a chance to defend oneself is the legitimate way to take away a God given right.
Resign now Ducey!!!
Employ never Trumpers at your own peril!!!
He will never do that.
Due in very large part to immigrants from California.
As we have seen of resent, dimocraps only enforce the laws THAY want to enforce.. They are Godless liars and they will say or sign anything to make the people happy but will NEVER live up to it... They are of the same breed as those who run the countries of South America... If we trust them we will end up living just like they live. Our homes will be behind walls and bars and we will live in fear for our lives and that of our children...
This is where popular vote numbers at the state level can be a problem. The blue pockets of Phoenix, Tucson, and the liberal college indoctrination town of Flagstaff are just now outnumbering the rest of red rural Az for the majority. And yes, all imports from Mexico and Ca trying to turn Az into Ca.
