WEB SURFERS MORE POLITICALLY ACTIVE THAN GENERAL POPULATION, SAYS NIELSEN Americans who spend time online are more apt to be politically active than the population as a whole, according to a new study from Nielsen//NetRatings, which measures and analyzes Internet usage.
