White supremacist and MAGA influencer Nick Fuentes went all in over the weekend on supporting California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) over Vice President JD Vance because Newsom is more “handsome.” Fuentes, who has regularly attacked Vance in the past, calling him childish names like “gay” and “fat,” posted to social media on Sunday: “Physiognomy is real. Post physique, its handsome thursday. I only believe in beauty and aesthetics!!” JD Vance = fat subhuman. @infolibnews House Speaker Mike Johnson held a "private meeting" with AIPAC and Jewish leaders on Wednesday on Capitol Hill wherein he reportedly pledged to screen out "isolationist" (see: anti-Israel) GOP candidates "to prevent that wing of the party from growing larger in the House." Rep. Tim Walberg (R-MI), who was also part of the meeting, revealed "he’d been texting recently with Anti-Defamation League CEO Jonathan Greenblatt about the proliferation of antisemitic conspiracy theories about the killing of influencer Charlie Kirk," Jewish Insider reported.

Even wars have rules. They don't stop soldiers killing each other but they're intended to make sure that civilians caught up in the fighting are treated humanely and protected from as much danger as possible. The rules apply equally to all sides. If one side has suffered a brutal surprise attack that killed hundreds of civilians, as Israel did on 7 October 2023, it does not get an exemption from the law.
