ASHLAND COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - The Ashland County Coroner’s Office released the cause of death for student Breanna McKean, who collapsed during homecoming events in late September. The coroner says McKean, 17, died from myocarditis, a virus that causes inflammation to the heart.
