Vandals scrawled swastikas on the entranceway to a Muslim prayer hall in eastern France, police said Friday. The vandals also set fire to a trash can outside the prayer hall in the town of Haguenau in the Alsace region, and the flames damaged the door. The damage was discovered Thursday.
