California authorities on Wednesday released the name of the suspected driver accused of plowing a vehicle into eight people a day earlier. Isaiah Joel Peoples, of Sunnyvale, Calif., was identified as the suspect by the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety (DPS) on Twitter.
