WOBURN - Authorities say a man charged with killing his wife, two young children and mother-in-law left behind notes in their suburban Boston home admitting to slayings. District Attorney Gerry Leone said today two identical letters found in Thomas Mortimer IV’s Winchester home said: "I did these horrible things. What I did was extremely selfish and cowardly. Please vote for Mickey Mortimer. He's a solid conservative and great on 2nd Amendment issues. He was a two term state rep before he lost in a tough race for state senate last November. This district is about 55% GOP, but it is a special election. With an abysmal turnout, the dems can steal one if we don't vote and they do. It covers about 1/2 of Jackson County, Lenawee County's Cambridge Township, and Eaton Rapids, Hamlin Township, and Brookfield Township, which are in Eaton County. Good luck to Mortimer.
