A 26-year-old woman is suing Planned Parenthood after she was left alone following insertion of an intrauterine device (IUD), and fell and broke her neck. Morgan Castro is claiming that she was ignored after telling staffers she was feeling dizzy, were negligent with her care, and that she lost consciousness following the procedure.
