Kamala Harris will be named the next President. Biden will either resign or succumb to illness. The 25th amendment will not be invoked. Making Kamala Harris President will make her the incumbent going into the election and add gravitas to her name. They will fawn over her being the first black woman President and the first Indian President. They will point out her extreme bravery under extreme circumstances. And then Trump will kick her a$$ on election day and win the Presidency.
