A New York lawmaker is under fire for calling the police on a pair of 13-year-olds selling homemade baked goods in a local park. Andrew DeMarchis and Kevin Graff were just trying to earn some pocket change by selling an assortment of cupcakes, brownies and Rice Krispies treats in a Chappaqua park.
