Jun 27, 2010 Columbus, Ohio --The Ohio House of Representatives recently struck down a long-standing designation in Ohio law that pit bull are inherently vicious. The House’s attempt to remove the pit bull language that some have called discriminatory is being attached through a modification to House Bill 55, which would modify Ohio’s animal cruelty statutes to allow animals to be included in domestic protection orders.
