AUGUSTA, Maine --Republican voters chose Tuesday from among three candidates seeking the GOP nomination for governor, while incumbent Democratic Gov. John Baldacci won his party's nod for a second four-year term. The Republican race featuring Peter Mills, Chandler Woodcock and David Emery generated the bulk of interest in the Blaine House contest. Baldacci faced only token competition from Christopher Miller, a computer specialist from Gray.
