The organizers of tonight's televised gubernatorial debate must allow Reform Party candidate Max Linn to participate, despite questions of whether he fulfilled their entry criteria, a Broward County judge ruled late Monday. Circuit Judge Leroy H. Moe ruled that the organizers' requirement that a candidate show support from at least 10 percent of voters responding to two independent statewide polls was not an appropriate criterion for entry into a public political debate.
