Members of the Massachusetts delegation to Congress, in a display of strength and unity, have created their own congressional caucus. It is called the Idiot Caucus, or CIC for short (Congressional Idiot Caucus), and it will be made up of all nine members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the two members of the U.S. Senate.
