Just before 1 this afternoon President Barack Obama returned to the Vineyard Golf Club in Edgartown for his third round of golf at the posh private club during his vacation, which concludes Sunday.Golf partners are New City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Vernon Jordan, a Washington power broker and close adviser to former President Bill Clinton, and White House trip director Marvin Nicholson, according to White House press pool reports.The president and his wife plan to travel Sunday to New Orleans, where the president will deliver a speech at Xavier University on the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, the White House said.
