Dear Mr. Robinson: I've given the matter quite a bit of thought and have decided it is time to ZOT you. I was tempted when I noticed posters were allowed to insult anyone who disagreed with them; even more tempted when I saw new posters banned for asking questions, or expressing an opinion outside the mainstream - (though I must confess anyone adopting the screen name "Christ was killed by conservatives" was not going to last very long ! I'm sure he was referring to the Sanhedrin, but still...) When I saw your post today about getting "millions of people"...

I have read many messages which object to same-sex marriage but I am still waiting to learn what specific adverse consequences opponents of gay marriage anticipate to result from its legalization. In other words, suppose same-sex marriage becomes law during 2005. By 2010 or 2015 what specific indisputable adverse consequences to society do opponents predict to occur? With respect to those critics of same-sex marriage who refer to "God's law" and "procreation" --- do they believe that heterosexual couples who cannot have children, or who do not wish to have children, should also NOT be allowed to marry? is it just me or do kerry and edwards both seem to be gay! if you havent noticed, just watch closely the way they act. they have both made many gay jestures throughout the campaigne. we've also been hearing a lot of rumors here in ohio about kerry and little boys. just thought i'd let everyone in on the scoop.

By you own admission, the Free Republic hates democrats, non-Christians, gays, the environment, strong women and pacificts to name a few. That's about 80% of your fellow Americans that you oppose. You claim to be defenders of the constitution and yet you support amendments allowing the federal government to tell you who you can marry and what religion you should follow. You claim to believe in free speech and in the next sentence say you will censor anyone that doesn't agree with you. And yet you claim to to be pro FREEDOM? I don't get it.
