NASA on Thursday evening released the name of its new point person for UFOs, hours after refusing to do so over concerns he would be harassed. The announcement of the newly created position came the same day the agency published a report by a group of experts calling for a “government-wide approach” to collect data on UFOs, urging the public to use smartphone apps to help identify mysterious aerial craft.
