Monterey, Calif. — Monterey police reported the arrest of two women for their alleged involvement in thousands of dollars' worth of graffiti at Steinbeck Plaza. On Wednesday, around 8:07 a.m., officers received a call about extensive graffiti vandalism at Steinbeck Plaza on Cannery Row.
