New York City District Attorney Alvin Bragg suffered a major setback in his garbage lawsuit against President Trump on Friday. Bragg was hoping to drag former First Lady Melania Trump into his lawfare suit against the president. But New York Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan surprisingly quashed a pair of subpoenas by Bragg seeking Melania Trump’s emails. Judge Merchan said the subpoenas were too broad in scope. Bragg was hoping to drag Melania Trump into the case to harass and embarrass her.

It happened on the 13th in New York City where some group of boys in an area of Manhattan began to go around removing and stomping on the hats factory workers were wearing. It ended up turning into an all out brawl when they moved on from the factory workers to the dock workers’ who immediately fought back. The brawl ended up stopping all traffic on the Manhattan Bridge! Nobody died, but the violent riot did have to be broken up by the police and people were sent to jail (not for long though! Most of those boys were teenagers...

In May 2021, Joseph Borgen was violently assaulted by a Muslim mob while walking down the street in midtown Manhattan in the vicinity of an anti-Israel rally. The Jewish man was kicked, punched, pepper sprayed, beaten with a metal object, and ended up in the hospital.Borgen was taunted as a “dirty Jew” and the assault was caught on video. “They were kicking me in my ribs, my stomach,” he described.Waseem Awawdeh, the best known of the attackers, was out two days later. Even after Awawdeh reportedly told prison guards, “If I could do it again, I would do it again”,...

Chilling drone footage captured the moment cops combed through the backyard of suspected Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann. The search came a day after the Manhattan architect, 59, was arrested in New York City, 13 years after the first remains were found in his alleged murder spree. A fleet of forensic investigators descended on Heuermann's Massapequa Park home Friday in hopes of finding further evidence in the serial murder case that stumped investigators for over a decade. An array of tarpaulin sheets and white-suited workers littered his ghoulish property, which has seemingly fallen into disrepair despite being shared by...

The incident occurred just after midnight at the chain’s Times Square location on Broadway and 49th Street, NBC New York reported. The security guard, Scott Enoe, reportedly tried to stop the man from stealing from the store. The men then fought, and Enoe allegedly ended up stabbing the man, according to police.

The federal government granted final approval to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s congestion pricing program on Monday, the final step needed to create the nation’s first system of congestion pricing, including what tolls to charge and which drivers will receive exemptions. The MTA has yet to set the exact amount for the toll, but has signaled it will range between $9 and $23 per day to drive a car into the Central Business District. The agency is considering major discounts for drivers who come in overnight and lower income commuters without easy access to frequent transit service. “Congestion pricing will reduce...

An Upper Manhattan subway station is a needle graveyard, with the tracks littered with hundreds of used syringes tossed by junkies after they shoot up on the platforms, straphangers say. “My husband doesn’t let me go out by myself [to the station] at night, he’s horrified,” said chef Laura Licona, 49, of the cavernous 1 Line transit hub at West 181st Street and St. Nicholas Avenue. “The drug use has been a problem and compounded big time.” The Post recently witnessed a half-dozen junkies injecting themselves there, just a few yards away from parents and elementary school children. A man stabbed to death during a vicious Chelsea street brawl was wanted for murder in Baltimore, sources told The Post. The victim, 36, was knifed by another man Friday morning during a wild broad-daylight melee in the middle of a crosswalk, where they settled their score as non-plussed New Yorkers went about their business, according to a video of the face-off. Nisean Graves, 34, a homeless man, was later charged with murder in the fatal encounter and was held without bail during a Saturday appearance in Manhattan Criminal Court. Video shows Graves instigating the unprovoked confrontation by taking a...

On the menu today: No, the news isn’t in reruns; Donald Trump has been indicted again, this time over the classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. Interestingly, federal prosecutors are pursuing the case in south Florida, which is likely to be much friendlier territory for the former president than Manhattan or Washington, D.C. Are federal prosecutors way too overconfident about their ability to persuade a south Florida jury? Or do they have so much evidence and such a slam-dunk case that they’re confident they can win a conviction, even in the jurisdiction most likely to be sympathetic to Trump? [cut] The most...

A supervising detective involved in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against President Donald Trump has been suspended for his secret ties to Michael Cohen. Cohen is Trump’s former attorney who turned on the 45th president in an effort to reduce his own prison sentence. Former associates of Cohen have warned that the disgraced lawyer will do or say anything about Trump to save himself. Jeremy Rosenberg, who investigates financial crimes for Bragg, was suspended when his relationship with Cohen was exposed, according to the New York Post. “The office is conducting a review of an investigator’s compliance with internal...

We’ve seen the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has had a lot of questionable things regarding its case against former President Donald Trump involving alleged hush money payments to Stormy Daniels.First, Democrat Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg didn’t pursue the matter when he came into office. He had prosecutors quit over it, but he didn’t want to pursue any action against Trump. The feds also didn’t think there was anything they should be pursuing. But then Bragg — for some reason, let’s guess why — flipped and indicted Trump a few months after he declared he was running for president in 2024.However,...

A Wisconsin teen bragged “fraud is fun” before allegedly hacking user accounts on sports betting website DraftKings and helping others steal $600,000, Manhattan federal prosecutors charged Thursday. Joseph Garrison, 18, is accused of swiping the login information of 60,000 accounts in the Nov. 18 cyberattack, and then selling the data, allowing others to steal money from some of the users, the feds alleged. In total, the Madison man allegedly helped others loot the $600,000 from a total of 1,600 users — with at least 30 of those accounts belonging to New Yorkers, prosecutors said. Before Garrison carried out the major...

DeSantis on Friday shared a fundraiser for Penny's legal defense, calling him a "Good Samaritan" and criticizing Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg as a "pro-criminal" and "Soros-Funded" prosecutor. "We must defeat the Soros-Funded DAs, stop the Left's pro-criminal agenda, and take back the streets for law abiding citizens. We stand with Good Samaritans like Daniel Penny. A notoriously liberal Catholic church in New York has sparked a backlash with a 'God is Trans' art exhibit. The Church of St. Paul the Apostle in Manhattan is displaying a show called 'God is Trans: A Queer Spiritual Journey.' The exhibit has raised some eyebrows among its Roman Catholic parishioners, with some balking at the words 'there is no devil; just past selves.' It is the creation of artist Adah Unachukwu, which attempts to show how faith and gender identity intersect. It features somewhat abstract colorful paintings which appear to show where the personal meet the spiritual, with videos...

A judge Monday barred former President Donald Trump from making public evidence and other material related to a pending criminal case against him in New York, where he is charged with falsifying business records related to a 2016 hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels. Judge Juan Merchan also barred Trump from viewing evidence in the case other than in the presence of his lawyers. The ex-president is not allowed to copy the material. The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office sought the protective order due to concerns Trump would “inappropriately” use the material or post the information on social media...

Former President Trump will try to move his Manhattan criminal hush money case from state to federal court, his lawyer said. Trump attorney Todd Blanche made the announcement during a court hearing Thursday, according to The Associated Press. Moving the case to federal court would increase the potential jury pool, which is currently limited to the heavily-Democratic population of Manhattan. Blanche said Trump’s legal team will file a motion later Thursday to transfer the case, according to the AP. Trump faces 34 felony counts of falsifying business records over his alleged role in a hush money scheme ahead of the...

Dramatic new video shows a strap-hanger taking matters into his own hands, pinning down an unhinged man in a deadly incident at a Manhattan subway station this week. The 24-year-old passenger stepped in after the vagrant, identified by sources as Jordan Neely, 30, began going on an aggressive rant on a northbound F train Monday afternoon, according to police and a witness who took the video. “He starts to make a speech,” freelance journalist Juan Alberto Vazquez said in Spanish during an interview Tuesday, referring to the disturbed man. “He started screaming in an aggressive manner,” Vazquez told The Post....
