New York City District Attorney Alvin Bragg suffered a major setback in his garbage lawsuit against President Trump on Friday.
Bragg was hoping to drag former First Lady Melania Trump into his lawfare suit against the president. But New York Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan surprisingly quashed a pair of subpoenas by Bragg seeking Melania Trump’s emails.
Judge Merchan said the subpoenas were too broad in scope.
Bragg was hoping to drag Melania Trump into the case to harass and embarrass her.

When is Trump going to sue this fat pig? Harassment charges need to be made.
Didn’t this loser campaign on investigating Trump? That should be an automatic reason to throw out this case if the judge was fair and unbiased.

Bragg has had a lackluster career and is trying to advance his profile for more profit and is gettinng his rear handed to him.

It is only bizarro because you have an working internal compass that tells you what is right and wrong, and you pay attention to it. If you lack such a working internal compass or choose to ignore it (that’s most Democrats), then you get what we are seeing now.
I don’t think this is a “major setback”.
Agree democrats only do two things sue people and take bribes.
Not at all from a prosecutor perspective. Trump could email his wife info that’s pertinent to the case or she could too. In everyday life, this would be approved.
