A San Antonio woman is in custody after giving birth in a Whataburger bathroom and attempting to push and flush her newborn baby girl down the toilet, authorities say. Police report that two hours after Mallori Strait entered the Whataburger lobby, she went into the bathroom for a few hours. The restaurant’s manager checked on Strait several times after hearing noises from the stall and even offered her water.
