You just can’t make this stuff up. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Joe Biden gets frustrated when his passions aren’t being heard and digested. Americans just aren’t smart enough to see how brilliant Joe Biden is and how wonderful his policies are for the country. “There are limitations that have been imposed upon him…[that] have not allowed people to see, at all times, what his magic is,” Psaki said to NBC News White House Correspondent Kelly O’Donnell on Wednesday.
