LONDON, England (CNN) -- A jury on Thursday found London's police force guilty of breaching health and safety laws over the shooting of an innocent Brazilian man mistaken for a fugitive suicide bomber. Jean Charles de Menezes was killed on July 22, 2005, as a result of a "catastrophic" series of errors committed by the Metropolitan police force, London's Central Criminal Court was told.
