The New York Times said vaccinations, booster shots and masks have not caused a major difference in case rates between parts of the country with different levels of COVID-19 precautions in a Wednesday morning newsletter. The article compared COVID-19 case rates for Democratic and Republican areas, noting that Democrats were more likely to wear masks, get vaccinated and boosted, avoid public spaces and shut down in-person schools over virus fears. “These factors seem as if they should have caused large differences in case rates. They have not. And that they haven’t offers some clarity about the relative effectiveness of different...

Dr. Naomi Wolf is a bestselling author, columnist, and professor; she is a graduate of Yale University and received a doctorate from Oxford. She is cofounder and CEO of DailyClout.io, a successful civic tech company.Reprinted with permission from NaomiWolf.substack.com. Some people who love me advised me not to write this essay, and not to use its current title. “Take the high road,” I was advised. Usually that is a good idea, but not in this case — not at this moment. In this essay I need to talk about some people — mainly privileged people, people who could make a...

Said he was told to stay silent on doomsday modeling.. A senior epidemiologist has publicly apologized to his daughter’s generation for failing to more strenuously oppose “morally wrong” COVID lockdown measures such as school closures that caused massive damage to children. The stunning admission was made by Professor Mark Woolhouse, who revealed to Sky News that he was told to “correct” his views after he criticized doomsday COVID models. The Edinburgh University academic said “plain common sense” was a “casualty” of lockdown and that his daughter’s generation “has been so badly served by mine.” Decrying harmful lockdown measures such as...

The good news is that COVID is on the wane. Dr. Anthony Fauci, seeing his control of the nation slipping through his fingers, attempted to continue the fright mongering You may be done with Covid, but Covid is not done with the United States He is even likely to push a 4th injection. The problem is what is the Biden regime going to do to maintain control over the proletariat? We have a pretty good idea. With impeccable timing the 6-foot 4-inch Lurch lookalike private jet flying tax dodging climate czar says never mind inflation, war, the border, fentanyl, Ukraine...

On August 6, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control released a report that the agency claimed showed “Vaccination Offers Higher Protection than Previous COVID-19 Infection.” This assertion came amidst a public battle with Sen. Rand Paul, as the CDC released this data from Kentucky, Paul’s home state. Yet after indisputable scientific evidence continued to pile up in favor of natural immunity, the CDC finally capitulated on January 19, 2022, recognizing the superiority of natural immunity over vaccination alone: “Between May and November 2021, people who were unvaccinated and did not have a prior COVID-19 infection remained at the highest risk...

As the mainstream narrative about the origin of COVID-19 falls apart, it’s time to put other widely accepted facts about the virus—and the devastating measures they were used to justify—under the same scrutiny. On March 13, 2020, the public school district where I teach announced that all classrooms and buildings would be closed for two weeks. Then two weeks turned into two months, and two months turned into over a full year without in-person instruction. My school serves a diverse population of low-income students in the San Francisco Bay Area. It is impossible to overstate the severity of this disruption...

If this is real, it’s not shocking. Australia has gone insane in the COVID era, literally locking down almost everything. They built what could only be described as internment camps. They closed their borders. Everyone was locked in their homes. COVID Zero was the name of the game. So, it shouldn’t be shocking that their neighbor New Zealand was equally draconian. Thanks to the great account Libs of Tik Tok, we have this ticket from someone in Kiwi land who didn’t want to test for COVID. They were fined $330. ... The creepy part is what happens when you fail...

The money being made by Big Pharma is an important part of the scheme, but it's important that more people recognize it's just a means to an end. The real goals are far more sinister. This will not be a well-received article. It will take many of my readers out of their comfort zone and place them squarely in a realm that most have chosen to ignore. Call it the world of "conspiracy theory" if that makes you feel better, but what I'm about to describe to you is a reality based on two years of watching, analyzing, discussing, and...

I propose 10 questions that the Supervisors should have asked but didn't.Steve Kirsch2 hr ago SummaryHere’s the video of yesterday’s Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors meeting (Feb 8, 2022) regarding COVID-19 (3:36 through at 5:29):The meeting featured public health officer Dr. Sara Cody.Public testimony came from the Santa Clara firefighters and others in the community who are all outraged about the draconian measures instituted in Santa Clara County by Dr. Cody. The short story is that Dr. Cody doesn’t cite a single piece of evidence justifying why Santa Clara County has to have more restrictive measures than the State....

Researchers have detected tiny airborne particles containing RNA from SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, both inside and outside of rooms in which infected people were self-isolating at home. This finding suggests that airborne transmission beyond the isolation rooms in homes may pose a risk of infection to other home occupants. The study, in Annals of the American Thoracic Society, is the first report of household air contamination with SARS-CoV2 RNA under typical daily living conditions when a household member is infected. Airborne transmission in crowded living conditions may be one reason for higher rates of COVID-19 infection among people with lower...

The White House on Friday claimed that President Joe Biden never supported coronavirus lockdowns, despite his endorsement of a national lockdown strategy during the 2020 campaign. “We’ve not been pro-lockdown; that has not been his agenda — most of the lockdowns actually happened under the previous President,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki said during the daily briefing.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was confronted with a new Johns Hopkins comprehensive study that shows “lockdowns” were a comprehensive failure worldwide. When asked about the irrefutable evidence that the lockdowns caused massive damage, but delivered no tangible benefits, Psaki went into full spin-mode.“We’ve not been pro-lockdown — most of the lockdowns actually happened under the previous President,” Psaki claimed. The study in question is a thorough review done by Johns Hopkins university. Its results are damning.“What does the evidence tell us about the effects of lockdowns on mortality?” We provide a firm answer to this question: The evidence fails to...

According to a Johns Hopkins University meta-analysis of several studies, lockdowns during the first COVID wave in the spring of 2020 only reduced COVID mortality by .2% in the U.S. and Europe. "While this meta-analysis concludes that lockdowns have had little to no public health effects, they have imposed enormous economic and social costs where they have been adopted," the researchers wrote. "In consequence, lockdown policies are ill-founded and should be rejected as a pandemic policy instrument." However, the Johns Hopkins study received no mention on any of the five liberal networks this week. According to Grabien transcripts, CNN, MSNBC,...

At a recent D.C. rally against vaccine mandates, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. made himself into the latest object of acceptable public opprobrium when he said, “Even in Hitler’s Germany, you could cross the Alps to Switzerland. You could hide in an attic like Anne Frank did. Today the mechanisms are being put in place so none of us can run and none of us can hide.” Because of the Anne Frank comparison, Kennedy was subject to a now-predictable public castigation ritual, pilloried by everyone up to and including his own wife, and bludgeoned into an abject apology. The mass denunciation...

Lockdowns in the U.S. and Europe had little or no impact in reducing deaths from COVID-19, according to a new analysis by researchers at Johns Hopkins University. The lockdowns during the early phase of the pandemic in 2020 reduced COVID-19 mortality by about 0.2%, said the broad review of multiple scientific studies. “We find no evidence that lockdowns, school closures, border closures, and limiting gatherings have had a noticeable effect on COVID-19 mortality,” the researchers wrote. But the research paper said lockdowns did have “devastating effects” on the economy and contributed to numerous social ills. “They have contributed to reducing...

A meta-analysis spearheaded by John Hopkins University has found that the economically devastating lockdowns that occurred in the spring of 2020 barely moved the needle on preventing COVID deaths. The meta-analysis also found that most specific nonpharmaceutical interventions (NPIs) tended to offer little benefit, save for, in it would appear, one measure. “Studies looking at specific NPIs (lockdown vs. no lockdown, facemasks, closing non-essential businesses, border closures, school closures, and limiting gatherings) also find no broad-based evidence of noticeable effects on COVID-19 mortality,” according to the analysis.

NN contributor Dr. Leana Wen on Tuesday published a piece saying America needs to get back to normal now that the Omicron variant is on the way out. This stands in contrast to the message Wen wrote late last year urging the Biden administration to enact heavy pandemic restrictions. While both of her write-ups talk about lingering threats on the horizon, the difference now is Wen wants the public to not be afraid of COVID-19 anymore. In a pair of dueling Washington Post op-eds, Wen reverses course on COVID-19 rules. In November 2021, Wen penned the prior piece by leaning...
