TAMPA - The last contact Qiana Landry had with her mother was just after floodwaters began inundating her New Orleans neighborhood last week. ``I called her on the cell phone at 8:50 that night, and she said there was only a few inches of water,'' Landry said Monday sitting in a Tampa Red Cross center. ``I wanted to see if Davin got there yet.''
