Turns out, when you’re a famous musician with 28 million Twitter followers people are going to sit up and pay attention to what you tweet, regardless of the topic. So when rapper Kanye West, a man who got over 41,000 likes for tweeting the word “decentralize,” lit the social media world on fire last week with a series of tweets seeming to support President Trump, the world was quick to take notice. Is one of the most successful recording artists of our generation actually ‘waking up’ to the folly of liberalism? Has Kanye actually been red-pilled?On the one hand, conservatives understandably but...

So, Kanye West has decided to leave the 21st century plantation. Way, way off the plantation:There will be hell to pay. For starters the media will try to make him out to be a mad man. The artist’s latest statements follow media outrage over the weekend after he claimed to love the thinking of conservative black activist Candace Owens, AKA Red Pill Black. On Monday he continued outraging the left by tweeting videos of conservative icon Scott Adams, the creator of Dilbert, examining the “golden age” taking place and discussing breaking free from “prisons of the mind.”That day West also fired...

On any given day of the week, one can turn on the liberal media and hear how the Democratic Party is the one party that cares for black Americans. Liberal pundits such as Chris Matthews, Lawrence O’Donnell, and of course Al Sharpton are forever fighting the purportedly racist Republicans on behalf of black Americans. Just a few weeks ago, Nancy Pelosi told Americans that Republicans were trying to take food out the mouths of black Americans by cutting food stamps. She then stated that 50% of food stamp recipients are black Americans. And let us not forget that the Democrats...

President Obama said Americans were “better off now than when I came into office,” during a fundraiser Monday night outside of Washington. Obama also slammed congressional Republicans for their focus on the terror attack in Benghazi and the implementation of ObamaCare. The president told attendees at the high-dollar soiree in Potomac, Maryland that his Republican opposition in Congress had been “captured by ideologues” whose principal focus was on “how to make people sufficiently skeptical, so they can win the next election.” “The debate now is about what?” Obama asked. “Benghazi? ObamaCare? It becomes this endless loop.” Obama told donors that...

In the midst of all the racial hullabaloo stirred up by so-called advocates for black empowerment after the Zimmerman trail, guess who is really being harmed? Answer: black America. All of you black pastors, black politicians, and black celebs who have joined Sharpton and the MSM's lynch mob to "get Zimmerman" should be ashamed of yourselves. You are doing a huge disservice to the very people you claim to champion by chasing a straw man while ignoring the real issues that are devastating black America. Everyone knows that the black community is a mess. White folks ain't killin' us. We...

Cornel West is a very smart man who has some very dumb opinions, but when he’s feeling froggy he can be a hoot. In a recent interview, Professor West mocked Al Sharpton for playing the odalisque in President Obama’s media seraglio, calling him the embodiment of the “rent-a-Negro phenomenon on MSNBC.” The Reverend Sharpton, he said, is constrained because “he’s still on the Obama plantation.” The use of the word “plantation” to describe the relationship between black Americans and their political patrons is an unfortunate staple of contemporary rhetoric. Professor West’s remark is unusual in that “plantation” rhetoric usually comes...

WASHINGTON -- The nation's first black attorney general is defending Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid over racial remarks about Barack Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign. Eric Holder tells The Associated Press that Reid is a good man, and as Holder put it: "I don't think that there is a prejudiced bone in his body."

MSNBC contributor Touré on Wednesday continued the network's vitriolic, slanderous attacks on Rush Limbaugh. Discussing the radio host’s bid to buy the St. Louis Rams, the cable commentator smeared, "Several NFL players have already said they would not play for Rush because they know he would love to say he owns a plantation full of black men." [Audio available here.] When Morning Meeting host Dylan Ratigan mock protested, "No, they don't know that," the one-named Touré reiterated, "They feel it." Ratigan gave in and played along, "Okay, they feel that." Despite calls from the Media Research Center, MSNBC has repeatedly...

While flipping through the channels with my remote, I stopped on the movie, "Diary of a Mad Black Woman" on BET (Black Entertainment Television). Excellent movie. During a commercial break, they gave a news update. An announcer said, "They tried to get the Bronx kid, Sonia Sotomayor, but she beat them". There was not one mention of Sotomayor's controversial racist statements. Thus, black viewers who don't follow the news closely are led to conclude that those "evil racist white republicans" are at it again trying to block a person of color. I wonder how BET reported the Democrats' trashing of...

Sens. Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton, in their first one-on-one debate, in Los Angeles, were asked at the outset to distinguish themselves from each other. The question was motivated legitimately by a sense that there is really very little difference between these two liberal Democrats. Both noted a key difference in their approach to health care. Each wants extensive government regulation. But Clinton wants federal government mandates to force individuals to buy her plan and Obama rejects individual mandates. This key departure in health policy hints at a far more fundamental difference in the mindsets of these two candidates....

Cult leaders, driven by narcissism – they want to control others.~ Dr. Michael Stone, "Cult Followers" TV program I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.~ Rev. LBJ's Great Society: 40 Years Later 1964 was a very busy year for Lyndon Johnson. First he rammed through Congress the Tonkin Gulf Resolution, giving him war powers in Vietnam. Next he signed into Law the now famous or infamous, depending on ones political slant, Civil Rights Act. He called this ambitious undertaking his "Guns and Butter" program. The first part of this equation to go sour was the war effort. Johnson treated the war like a political problem that he could solve by twisting the arms of Ho and Giap the same way he had got things done in...

There are "two Americas," according to former Democratic vice-presidential candidate John Edwards. One is prosperous and affluent, with well-stuffed stock portfolios, good schools, and generous healthcare programs. But the other America is poor, underprivileged, and insecure. To big applause, Mr. Edwards promised to "fight" to close that gap. We are likely to hear more of that kind of rhetoric, with Howard Dean crowned as chairman of the Democratic National Committee. The notion that Republican policies favor the privileged while neglecting the needs of the little guy is a constant theme of liberal politicians and pundits. Such class warfare talk does...

But by courting conservative blacks in battleground states — reaching out through programs such as the president's faith-based initiative — GOP organizers believe they made the difference that secured Bush's victory in 2004. In Ohio, for instance, a concerted effort increased black support for Bush from 9% in 2000 to 16% in 2004, providing a cushion that allowed the president to win the pivotal state outright on election night. The Black Contract With America will be unveiled by Bishop Harry R. Jackson Jr., a registered Democrat from suburban Washington who backed Bush in 2004 after voting against him four years...

White liberals have been indulging their fantasies of violence against conservatives lately – physically attacking conservatives, ransacking Bush-Cheney headquarters (though not any NRA headquarters, I note). The white wife of vice presidential candidate John Edwards recently warned of riots unless Kerry is elected. In the midst of this rash of violence by white liberals, this week Al Gore admonished a group of blacks not to engage in violence over the election. Perhaps Gore should have saved that speech for a convocation of Moveon.org members. And Democrats wonder why they have to ask white people to hold "African-Americans for Kerry-Edwards" signs...

The politics of race flared up in Lynette Boggs McDonald's Clark County Commission race this week in an unusual way: as a result of the black commissioner's own comments likening Democrats' treatment of blacks to slavery. Boggs McDonald, a former Democrat who has held local offices as a Republican since 1999, was quoted in Thursday's Las Vegas Sun as saying she regrets having been a Democrat. "From my perspective, there is one last plantation in America, and it's called the Democratic Party," Boggs McDonald said. In an interview Friday, the commissioner said she was simply trying to explain her beliefs...

Friday, September 10, 2004 Pimp psychology Posted: September 10, 20041:00 a.m. Eastern By Erik Rush © 2004 WorldNetDaily.com Lately, I've been trying to get into the minds of intelligent, conscientious, decent people who are nonetheless planning to vote for Democrats in November. It is certainly easy enough to identify, enumerate and condemn the blatant propaganda and duplicity that is promoted and practiced by the far left, but it is also important to remember that this faction (which has effectively hijacked the Democrat Party at the national level) is indeed a minority. That this minority is an extremely vocal and politically potent one...

With Friends Like TheseBlack youth stereotyped by progressive columnist Bob Herbert By Mike Males Black Americans are "insane," "predators," "running wild," "killing each other," perpetrating "self-destructive sexual behavior and drug use," and in need of "thundering" condemnations from leaders to halt their culture-driven recklessness. A vicious attack by far-right, race-baiting commentators like Michael Savage or Ann Coulter? No, these are routine disparagements by the New York Times' well-respected, progressive African-American columnist Bob Herbert, selectively criticizing "young black men and women." For example, Herbert (6/12/03) blamed Los Angeles' recent murder epidemic on "kids who are running wild and frequently killing one...
