In the latest example of federal authorities ramping up efforts to hold Portland rioters accountable, a 29-year-old woman was arrested and federally charged for allegedly punching a Portland cop in the face during a riot in July. According to Justice Department court documents, Laurielle Yvette Aviles, of Portland, assaulted a police officer in an attempt to de-arrest a fellow rioter on July 3.
