I have to admit that I have a great partiality for the (ancient) Greek language, and often have pangs of regret that we do not use it more in the Roman Church. But this is a matter of personal liking, and I suppose if it was of huge importance I could always beaver off to some Eastern-rite Church, or become Orthodox.
