An Atlanta resident driving on the freeway took decisive action after he noticed something strange on the back of a truck in front of him. Langston Proper noticed what appeared to be a hand or some other body part sticking out from a Budget rental truck. His actions ultimately saved numerous children from a horrific fate. Proper immediately contacted law enforcement, and followed the truck on the freeway. As the situation unfolded, the truck was later discovered to be part of a human trafficking operation.
