Posted to stimulate a discussion of the comment "Demographics defines culture, AND labor practices define demographics". This comment was made by a South African farmer who is trying to maintain his farm and stay alive. This is a vanity somewhat, but this was the first time I heard the above quote, and I think it is highly relevant to what too many of our industry / corporate leaders have done by bringing in H1B workers and off shoring jobs.
