Kutztown University Police have arrested several open air preachers for standing on the grass and holding signs (this is a state school). They also suspended a police officer who told them that they were vilolating the preachers civil rights. This happened while the police and school officials allowed the universities Gay and feminist groups to protest and taunt them. A Pennsylvania judge has thrown out all charges.
