Investor's Business Daily editorialized Monday that Congressman Peter King (R-NY) "blew it" in his hearings on "Muslim radicalization," and that he "didn't even come close to delivering what he advertised with his investigation." IBD criticized King for calling as a witness Muslim Congressman Keith Ellison (D-MN), a "close ally" of the Hamas-linked Islamic supremacist hate group the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). This is really good commentary. I love it when he says he does not believe Ellison. What do ya think?

There is no question we should be investigating the radicalization of American Muslims. But by “we” I mean the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, and local law enforcement – not Peter King. If you ask law enforcement officials why there hasn’t been a second al Qaeda attack since 9-11, they invariably tell you it is because the U.S. – unlike Europe and parts of Asia – does not have pools of highly radicalized Muslims. America assimilates immigrants well.

Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) got some headlines for breaking down in tears during the Homeland Security Committee hearing on Thursday, but another witness, Abdirizak Bihi, Director of the Somali Education and Social Advocacy Center in Minneapolis, offered something more newsworthy—an indictment of Ellison himself.
