Former PSU player Baugh dies Wednesday, August 25, 2004 From staff reports Former Penn State wide receiver Kevin Baugh was killed early Sunday morning in Massachusetts. Baugh, 42, a Long Island schoolboy star and a member of Penn State's 1982 national championship team, may have died over an apparent drug dispute, police and friends told Newsday.
