This is classic word salad. I’ve never seen a column twist itself into a pretzel to justify mocking those who have died of COVID who also happened to be unvaccinated. How about this? Maybe you just don’t. Liberals have an incessant need to lecture. It’s part of their moral superiority complex. They need to explain why they’re right. California anti-mandate activist Kelly Ernby was not vaccinated when she died of COVID-19 this week, according to her husband — who said that “that was the problem.” The 46-year-old Republican deputy district attorney from Orange County had until a month before her death vehemently attacked coronavirus vaccine mandates. When news of her death broke Monday, it was not immediately clear if she had herself been vaccinated — with some fellow GOP activists even suggesting the shot had actually caused her death, according to the Orange County Register.

A deputy district attorney and up-and-coming Republican political star in California’s Orange County has died abruptly after telling friends she contracted COVID-19. Kelly Ernby, a presumed candidate for the state Assembly in 2022, was only 46 years old. According to the Los Angeles Times, she fell ill shortly after speaking out against vaccine mandates at a rally organized by Turning Point USA on Dec. 4.
