    NEW YORK (AP) -- Adolph Green, whose six-decade collaboration with Betty Comden helped create such joyous stage celebrations of New York as ``On the Town'' and ``Wonderful Town'' as well as the classic movie musical ``Singin' in the Rain,'' has died.
