Lawyer arrested on child porn charges (McLean VA)
A Virginia lawyer has been accused of possessing and producing child pornography. Joshua Gessler, 41, of McLean, was arrested this month after an investigation that began in May, Fairfax County police said Tuesday. He was charged with five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of production of child pornography. Police allege that Gessler met a 15-year-old Centreville girl who had run away, took sexual photos of her and transmitted them electronically. Gessler was an associate in Arnold & Porter's Northern Virginia office and focused on corporate and securities cases, according to his biography on the firm's Web...
