A German tattoo artist says she was locked up in solitary confinement after she was detained while trying to walk through a checkpoint on the southern border. Jessica Brösche, 26, was arrested by US Customs and Border Protection as she tried to enter the country through San Diego, from Tijuana, on January 25th, ABC10 reported.
