“Disgrace” is not the only word to use to describe the behavior of Chairman Gerrold Nadler and his fellow Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee yesterday during their hearing with Attorney General William Barr, but it’s the most accurate. Other appropriate words to use to describe it would be despicable, depraved, demented, deluded, and, as Mark Levin hilariously said it, the most miserable collection of “assholes” ever to exist in the U.S. congress. Any Republican who, after watching that proceeding, continues to refer to Democrat members of congress as “colleagues” or, as Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham and all the...

“If the hearing of Attorney General William Barr today made anything clear at all, it is this: The Democratic Party is unwilling to back up the federal authorities who are defending the federal courthouse in Portland, Oregon. In four hours, the House heard from the Democrats nary the slightest expression of support of the officers who are on the front-line of this battle.” - NYSun Rioters attempt to break in and burn down Portland Federal Courthouse It’s pretty bad when the cancel culture cancels their own hearing. But that’s exactly what the Democrats did; first they demanded the Attorney...

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) used his opening statement at Tuesday's House Judiciary Committee hearing with Attorney General Bill Barr wisely. He began right after Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) spent several minutes painting Barr as someone who blindly does whatever President Trump tells him and has worked to destroy the integrity of the Justice Department. Nadler was particularly upset after the Trump administration sent federal agents into U.S. cities that have been steeped in violence after the Minneapolis police killing of George Floyd. According to Nadler, the DOJ is now just "a shadow of its former self." When Jordan had the...

House Judiciary chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) introduced legislation Thursday that would ban the U.S. from deporting illegal aliens who test positive for coronavirus. According to the Coronavirus Containment Act of 2020, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) would be forced to conduct coronavirus testing on individuals slated for deportation. If they test positive, they will not be deported until they test negative. The proposed legislation also requires U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to publish and continuously update data relating to the testing of these individuals during the coronavirus pandemic, according to a summary of the legislation.

The House Judiciary Committee heard testimony on Wednesday involving allegations that the Trump administration had politicized the Department of Justice. The testimony comes on the same day that a D.C. Court of Appeals officially ordered the case against former Trump National Security Advisor Michael Flynn to be thrown out because, it turns out, the Obama Justice Department had ensnared Flynn in a perjury trap. We now know that former President Obama and former Vice President Biden, along with a cadre of Obama-era White House officials, conspired to target Flynn and use the Justice Department to damage the incoming Trump administration....

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) announced Saturday that his panel will launch an investigation into the firing of U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Geoffrey Berman. Nadler said in a statement: The House Judiciary Committee will immediately open an investigation into this incident, as part of our broader investigation into Barr’s unacceptable politicization of the Department of Justice. On Wednesday, the Committee will hear from two whistleblowers who will explain why Barr’s attempt to fire Mr. Berman is part of a larger, ongoing, and wholly unacceptable pattern of conduct. If the President removes Mr. Berman,...

VIDEO Almost unnoticed in the coverage of the Democrats performing a virtue signal kneeling ceremony in the U.S. Capitol was the fact that one of them did not kneel... Jerry Nadler. Perhaps he knew he would suffer the same fate as Nancy Pelosi and not be able to get up. Also he might have known that too much weight on his knee would require more than one person to help him get up namely a paramedic team. Another factor could be that he knew that something could rip on the way down. Fortunately for Nadler, he barely appeared much...

If President Trump is seeking a high-ranking Democrat to side with him against mail-in electionballots – in a bid to build bipartisan opposition to the idea in Congress -- he could try contacting U.S. Rep. Jerry Nadler. Although Nadler, as chairman of the House JudiciaryCommittee, helped lead the impeachment fight against Trump last year, a C-SPAN video clip from 2004 shows the New Yorker speaking out strongly against paper-based ballots during a Capitol Hill hearing. At the hearing -- in which lawmakers examined perceived voting problems in an Ohio election -- a member of the public spoke in support of paper ballots, later citing research by the...

Attempts to rein in the government’s ability to spy on Americans fell flat after Rep. Adam B. Schiff intervened to protect the types of powers that the FBI used to go after the Trump campaign in 2016. Mr. Schiff, California Democrat and chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, ran roughshod over House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, New York Democrat, whose panel had control over the battle to reform the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, said advocates on both sides of the aisle. The power struggle created an awkward moment in which Mr. Nadler canceled the markup of...

I saw this tweet the instant it was posted and laughed at how it reminds me of the famous July 25th call between Trump and Zelensky. He doesn’t explicitly say, “If you want this public benefit from me, I need a personal benefit from you,” but by linking the two in the same communication it’s clear in context what he’s proposing. I’m seeing Governor Cuomo today at The White House. He must understand that National Security far exceeds politics. New York must stop all of its unnecessary lawsuits & harrassment, start cleaning itself up, and lowering taxes. Build relationships,...

SCHIFF: "But this has become the President's defense. And yet, this defense proved indefensible. If abuse of power is not impeachable, even though it is clear the Founders considered it the highest of all high crimes and misdemeanors, but if it were not impeachable, then a whole range of utterly unacceptable conduct and the president would now be beyond reach. Trump could offer Alaska to the Russians in exchange for support in the next election or decide to move to Mar-a-Lago permanently and let Jared Kushner run the country, delegating to him the decision whether to go to war. Because...

This impeachment charade has blown-up in the Democrat and Neocon faces, but it doesn’t end there. Why has Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff and a significant number of California’s representatives spearheaded this sham impeachment of President Trump? Are they using this process to fish for information about other possible indictments sealed in other matters? Something has the Democrat leadership and neocons scared. LINK

Let's not give Nancy Pelosi and her obviously filled-with-hate, malicious and malevolent band of America-and-constitution-hating thugs the last word Two principles in law nullify, make voidable, and void, a defective and unconstitutional impeachment. As if it never happened! * Ab Initio - ” translates as “from the beginning.” (Initio is a form of the noun initium, meaning “beginning,” which gave rise to such English words as initial, initiate, and initiative.) Ab initio...is also used as an adjective meaning “starting from or based on first principles”...

More to the point, Donald Trump doesn’t think Democrats can work with him either. In his Super Bowl interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, Trump complained bitterly about the “damage” done to his family and the country in the impeachment and trial. “I’d like to” work with Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi, Trump told Hannity, but they’re so dishonest and obsessed with winning that he doesn’t think it’s possible. That sounds like exactly what Pelosi and Schumer would say, too: HANNITY: Two hundred and seventy days from now, I guess the ultimate jury –the American people — go to...
