    The latest Nielsen ratings show that business network CNBC is in a ratings free fall. By some measures the cable channel is experiencing its lowest numbers since 1994. Particularly hard hit are Jim Cramer’s Mad Money and Larry Kudlow’s show, The Kudlow Report.
