THE Bureau of Immigration is set to deport two US citizens who were arrested two weeks ago in Cavite on suspicion of being sympathizers of Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaeda network. Immigration Commissioner Andrea D. Domingo and the Philippine Navy flag officer in command, Adm.
